Digital course content
Quant Mechanics Lab sells digital educational products (video courses, notebooks, and related materials) that are delivered electronically and made available for immediate access upon purchase.
No refunds after access
Because our products are digital and access is granted immediately after payment, all sales are final once you have accessed the course content. By completing a purchase and accessing the material, you acknowledge that the product has been delivered in full and you expressly waive any right of withdrawal or cancellation that might otherwise apply to distance sales of digital content.
This is in line with the exception provided under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU) for the supply of digital content that begins with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost.

We want you to make an informed decision before purchasing. Each course page includes a detailed description of the content, structure, and level. If you have questions about whether a course is right for you, please contact us before purchasing at contact@quantmechanicslab.com.
Technical issues
If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing content you have paid for, contact us at contact@quantmechanicslab.com and we will work to resolve it promptly. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis where we are unable to provide access to purchased content due to a fault on our side.
